Building D Rotunda Baseboard Heat

Business Enterprise Program: Participation and Utilization Plan developed by Harper College. There is a 20 percent aspirational goal on the Contract. The Work consists of but is not limited to the following: 1. Provide and install individual control valves for each perimeter classroom, conference room, and south perimeter offices. Modify control sequence as required to incorporate control valves for space temperature control in heating mode. 2. Provide and install ceiling mounted occupancy sensors for all areas served by fan coil units. Occupancy sensors to be wired directly to BMS and replace non-functioning BACNet link with lighting controller. Modify sequence as required. 3. Calibrate all CO2 sensors and adjust minimum airflow rates for each zone. Modify control sequence as required. 4. Modify office group control sequences to include baseboard control, based on average space temperature with minimum and maximum limits. 5. Correct VAV graphics for all VAV serving fan coil units total. 6. Modify cool down and heat up control sequence. 7. Modify global fin tube sequence.
