| Description | Consist of preparing engineering and architectural designs, contract drawings, technical specifications, and construction cost estimates for new buildings and systems, renovation of and improvement to existing buildings, systems, and structures at various Authority facilities, as requested for federally funded projects which will have either Electrical or Mechanical as the lead discipline with other Engineering/Architectural disciplines as support as required. Contemplated services are not quantifiable; therefore, competitive Task Orders will be issued against indefinite quantity contracts (IQCs). The Consultant may be providing all or some of the architectural/engineering disciplines and will coordinate with the Authority's Engineering/Architectural Design Division Staff. The Authority facilities are typically transportation-oriented and include projects related to Authority business operations such as aviation (6 regional airports), tunnels bridges and bus terminals, rail transportation (PATH), and port facilities |
