Ahrens Educational Resource Center/J. Graham Brown School HVAC Phase I

This project consists of construction of a renovation to an existing school. The work consists of concrete work, structural steel, masonry, demolition, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing work, and partition, flooring, ceiling, and painting work. The school consists of approximately 241,000 sqft. Windows are aluminum storefront wall units. Floor finishes include vct, carpet, and ceramic tile. Interior walls are cmu and/or metal studs with g.w.b. Wall finishes are paint and some wood paneling in the Auditorium. Ceilings are suspended acoustical tile and gypsum wallboard. MEP work is the majority of the project and includes full replacement of HVAC, electrical and lighting, and sprinkler/plumbing renovations.
