Gumbo Limbo Nature Center ADA Ramp and Tower

This project involves the construction of a multi-level, observation tower and adjoining ADA compliant ramp. The tower involves the completion of wood framing and decking on an existing wood vertical pile frame. The ramp structure will involve the construction of three vertical steel towers with connecting ramps allowing for ADA access to the tower. The new ramp and tower structure will be connected to the existing boardwalk infrastructure on the property. In addition to the ramp and tower, the project includes modifications to the parking lot access to the boardwalk to allow ADA access. This includes re-configuration of the parking lot to add two ADA compliant parking spaces and an ADA access ramp to the existing boardwalk. All applicable ancillary work and permitting is required for a complete system.
