Materials Testing Services

This Agreement does not constitute any right to handle specific testing or any specific number of tests. The City may, at its sole discretion, assign or reassign materials testing, as it deems most expedient. The City will make work assignments on an as-needed basis. The City, when making materials testing work assignments, will take into account the type of work the material testers are capable of providing to the City as stated in their Technical Proposal, the jobs they have already performed or are currently performing for the City, the location of the proposed work as related to past work performed, and whether they can meet the project demands including the required response time. Project assignments will attempt to be equitably distributed among all material testers.
