| Description | The City of Fitchburg seeks qualified proposals for the rendering of municipal solid waste, yard waste, and bulk item services city wide. The services shall be provided in accordance with the MGL and the scope of services developed by the City of Fitchburg. Proposals will be accepted from qualified candidates having demonstrated experience and expertise in municipal contracts of similar scope, magnitude, and cost, and specifically showing demonstrated experience in residential services in an urban environment in communities of similar size and characteristics. This solicitation is being conducted in accordance with the provisions of MGL, and any resulting contract will be strictly awarded in accordance with the requirements of the solicitation. The City reserves the right to waive all informalities not involving price, time, or changes in the scope of work and to negotiate contract terms with the successful respondent. Interested firms shall examine all information and materials contained in and with this solicitation. Failure to do so shall be at the proposer's risk. |
