| Description | The City of Newton Falls will be accepting Sealed Bids for yearly chemical supplies for the Newton Falls Water Treatment Plant. Each bid must be accompanied by a certified check or (bid bond) in the amount of $100.00 (One Hundred Dollars). The City will accept the lowest/best bid.
