St. Lucie County Fire District Station 14 Remodel

1. All work to be performed in shall be completed in a professional and timely manner. 2. Contractor shall take all precautions to protect existing structure, sod, irrigation heads, wall mounted light fixtures, screen enclosures, windows and screens, garage doors, concrete walks and driveways etc. for all station areas not included in the remodel. 3. Contractor shall be responsible for attaining and paying for all required permits and inspections. Copy of final inspection to be handed over to owner prior to payment. 4. Architectural plans and technical specifications are provided and all work shall be completed per plans and specifications. 5. Remodel Location: Station 14 300 California Blvd Port Saint Lucie, FL 34986 6. Clean-up/disposal of construction debris/materials.

Division 21 -	Fire Suppression.
Division 22 -	Plumbing.
Division 23 -	Heating, Ventilating, and Air Conditioning (HVAC), Instrumentation and Control for HVAC, HVAC Air Distribution.
Division 26 -	Electrical, Lighting.
