| Description | The work specified herein shall be the removal and/or repair of Asbestos Containing Materials (ACM) and Lead Based Paint (LBP) by competent persons, trained, knowledgeable, and qualified in the techniques of abatement, handling, and disposal of Asbestos Containing, Asbestos Contaminated Materials, LBP, and the subsequent cleaning of contaminated areas according to Federal, State, and Local regulations. The bid awarded shall run for a period of twelve months with four options to renew annually for an additional twelve month periods under the same terms and conditions upon mutual agreement by both parties. However, in no event shall the contract term exceed a total of sixty (60) months. |
