21415 Region: 3 Counties: Mesa This project consists of roadway reconstruction, drainage improvements, signing and striping, traffic signal reconstruction, utility reconstruction and coordination, storm water management, and public outreach support. The corridor will be 2 lanes eastbound and 1 lane westbound divided by a raised median. Shoulders and pedestrian amenities are located on both sides of the corridor. There are two proposed roundabouts at each end of the corridor.
