Reference Number 0000322150 Purchase Type Term: 08/01/2023 02:00 AM EDT - 12/31/2024 02:00 AM EST Option: one additional renewal year Question Acceptance Deadline 06/21/2023 01:00 PM MDT Questions are submitted online No Description The proposed Silverton Road Project consists of widening the shoulder on the west side of Silverton Road at the curve south of Summit Drive, laying back the slope on the east side of Silverton Rd at/near Summit Dr, establishing the ditch on the east side of Silverton Rd from about Summit to Old North Gate, lining the ditch with riprap and replacing the pipe under Silverton at Old North Gate and removing the sand material on Summit Dr and replacing it with base course. All work shall be performed within El Paso County right-of-way and easements ("EPC ROW") acquired for the Project. Staging and stockpiles shall be within EPC ROW unless written permission is obtained from property owner(s). Utility relocation will be required during construction of the Project. Close collaboration and/or coordination with affected utility providers and their contractors will be required. Utility providers within the project limits include but may not be limited to: Black Hills Energy (gas), Zayo (fiber optic), Lumen/CenturyLink (fiber optic & telephone), and Mountain View Electric Association (electric).
