Description

Renovations consist of full architectural upgrades to a 130,000 SF building to create new classroom space, a new office, new windows, new roofing system and other improvements to the buildings finishes. The facility will get a full replacement of the HVAC and lighting systems as well. Sitework consists of new utility work, changes to update the playgrounds, sidewalks and minor parking improvements.
