Description

The Portsmouth Redevelopment and Housing Authority is requesting proposals from qualified, experienced, licensed firms for the construction of single-family infill housing on residentiallyzoned vacant lots owned and/or managed by PRHA in the Portsmouth Downtown Historic District and Olde Towne. For a proposal to be considered, the Offeror must agree to pay any and all applicable taxes and fees associated with the development. The Portsmouth Redevelopment and Housing Authority is accepting Proposals for Development Proposal for new construction single-family homes.
