Work includes ground supported reinforced concrete foundations; reinforced concrete slab on grade; structural wood studs and concrete block wall construction; brick veneer; aluminum windows and storefront; metal roofing; rigid and batt insulation; interior wood; gypsum wallboard; acoustic panel ceilings; solid wood doors; hollow metal frames; door hardware; ceramic tile; carpet; paint; casework; lockers; residential appliances and fire fighter specialties. Building systems utilities: underground electric service; panelboards; interior and exterior lighting; switches/receptacles; empty conduit for voice, data, video and security systems; high-efficiency mechanical systems; metal and flexible insulated air distribution ducts; dampers; air devices; automatic temperature controls; domestic hot and cold water; plumbing fixtures and fittings; sanitary and storm sewer.
