Tyler House - Restroom Renovations

The renovations of the public bathrooms at the Tyler House, located at Eastern Point Beach, 1 Beach Point Road, Groton, Connecticut. The project will included materials and labor for the following renovations: 1. Remove existing stall partitions and install new polymer (or similar) floor mounted partitions for women’s and men’s bathroom stalls color Sand (or similar). (Contractor will work with Parks and Recreation Director for approval of exact color). 2. Approximate dimensions of the partitions are as follows (exact measurements will need to be taken prior to ordering): 3. Women’s Room – Entire Section approx. 14’6” x 5’1” (changing room stall - 42”x 61”, 2-restroom stalls 36” x 61” each, handicap stall 60” x 61”. Additional changing room 59”x 53” (door opening only) 4. Men’s Bathroom - Entire Section approx. 11’10” x 5’ (changing room stall - 65”x 60”, 2- restroom stalls 35” x 60” each, handicap stall 72” x 60”. Additional changing room 65” x 60” 5. Repair, prepare and paint walls light blue with a commercial grade paint (Contractor will work with Parks and Recreation Director for approval of exact color) 6. Prepare flooring surface and install new Non-Slip Vinyl Composite Tile (or similar) flooring stalls color Sand (or similar) (Contractor will work with Parks and Recreation Director for approval of exact color) 7. Install commercial grade cove base molding stalls color Sand (or similar) (Contractor will work with Parks and Recreation Director for approval of exact color) 8. Remove and install 2 new commercial grade sand/beige fiberglass or aluminum exterior doors (Contractor will work with Parks and Recreation Director for approval of exact color) 9. Hallway & Office Spaces: Repair, prepare and paint walls light blue with a commercial grade paint (Contractor will work with Parks and Recreation Director for approval of exact color.
