Description

As of July 28, 2022, bids were canceled. No definite date for the rebid. The project work consists of installation of new pendant light fixtures and surface mounted raceways routed as indicated on drawings. Some instances of core drilling may be necessary for electrical routing. Four offices on the second floor will receive new wood trimmed cove light installations and pendant mounted fixtures. Project Location: Mills/Jarrett Building - 2100 Bull Street, Columbia, SC 29201 Construction Cost Range: $100,000 to $125,000 Bid security is required in an amount not less than 5% of the base bid. The successful Contactor will be required to provide Performance and Labor and Material Payment Bonds, each in the amount of 100% of the Contract Price *The value for this project is based on a financial range.
