Rooftop Unit, RTVAV-8 HVAC Replacement - Greenbrier Middle School

Demolition 1. Remove (1) existing, roof top HVAC unit serving the area referenced. 2. Disconnect supply and return ductwork connections and duct mounted smoke detectors. 3. Remove condensate drain. 4. Remove existing electrical power feed, and natural gas connection as required. 5. Disconnect Controls from unit. New Work 1. Install (1) package rooftop unit of equal capacity to the system removed. New unit to be roof mounted, variable air volume, gas heat, electric cool, units mounted on curbs. 2. Install new electrical power feeds as required. 3. Install new natural gas, condensate drain piping to nearest roof drain. 4. Reconnect unit to existing supply and return duct, and provide new duct smoke detectors. 5. New Automatic Temperature Controls to connect to existing Trane DDC System, for the new unit only. 6. Unit to be mounted on existing curb. New spring rail to be provided.
