Mendon Spray Park Project

The project consists principally of the installation of a Splash Park, pavilion with bathrooms and all piping and other appurtenances. The contract breakdown are as follows: Contract 1- General Construction Contract: Installation of the Splash Park, pavilion with bathrooms foundations, concrete sidewalks, splash pad piping, final connections, water service to 5" outside of the building, storm system, other site utilities and restoration. The general construction contract will also cover all other work not identified under the other contracts. Contract 2 -Mechanical Contract Installation of the hot box, all piping and appurtenances in the hot box, plumbing in the building and within 5" of the building, and all plumbing connections. Contract 3- Electrical Contract All electrical work including piping. wiring, and lighting Contract 4-Military Memorial Contract: All work to install memorial with the exception of any restoration work included under Contract 1. Alternate 1 - Add Metal Roof: Installation of a metal roof instead of the architectural asphalt roof shingles in Contract 1. Alternate 2- Deduct Military Memorial: Installation of casts tone monuments instead of solid granite monuments in Contract 4.
