Hatchery Road Box Culvert Improvements

The detail specifications are as follows: The city is interested in purchasing a 12x8 box culvert with either MoDOT type end sections or IDOT type end sections as show on plans. Business/Individual shall conform to all rules, regulations, ordinances, laws, or directives set forth by the City of Osage Beach and the State of Missouri. Business/Individual shall conform to any and all changes made to this bid as a result of any ordinance, law and/or directive issued by the City of Osage Beach or the State of Missouri. The City reserves the right to waive any variances from the original IFB in cases where the variances are considered to be in the best interest of the City. The Business/Individual shall indemnify, save, and hold harmless the City of Osage Beach, Missouri, its employees, and agents, against any and all claims, damages, liability and court awards including costs, expenses, and attorney fees incurred as a result of any act or omission by the operator or its employees, agents, subcontractors, or assignees pursuant to the terms of the agreement resulting from this IFB.

Division 31 -	Earthwork, Erosion and Sedimentation Controls.
Division 33 -	Utilities, Instrumentation and Control for Utilities, Water Utilities, Water Utility Distribution Piping, Water Utility Distribution Equipment, Disinfecting of Water Utility Distribution, Water Utility Storage Tanks, Storm Drainage Utilities, Ponds and Reservoirs.
Division 35 -	Waterway and Marine Construction, Shoreline Protection, Waterway Construction and Equipment.
