As-Needed Building Automation and HVACR Services

The County of Orange, Orange County Community Resources (OCCR) is requesting competitive bids from qualified firms to establish a contract for As-Needed Building Automation & HVACR Services according to the specifications as detailed in the Model Contact, Attachment November 21, 2022 by 2:00 P.M. PDT - Deadline for submission of all written questions/requests for interpretation. Q & A deadline: Nov 21, 2022 5:00:00 PM EST In addition to providing bid pricing in this bid, responsive bids will include the following completed information/forms to be submitted electronically (forms are included in this bid solicitation): Company Profile, References, Bidder Certification, Signature page and (OCLSB/DVBE if applicable) . Bidders bear the responsibility of submitting their bids prior to the deadline. Questions will only be accepted through PeriScope Holdings. It is the vendor's responsibility to check back frequently for any addenda or other information. Bidders are advised to read all Model Contract and associated Terms and Conditions prior to submitting a response. Submission of a bid is an acknowledgement that the bidder has agreed to all the terms and conditions herein . Winning bidder will be required to sign contract upon award. PRICING : With the exception of the applicable California State Sales Tax, price shall be inclusive of all costs including freight/delivery/shipping and handling charges and profit. All Bidders must completely attached forms and upload with their bid to be deemed Responsive. In order to comply with Federal and State reporting requirements, within 10 days of notification of selection of award of contract, but prior to official award of contract, the selected Contractor agrees to furnish a completed/signed federal form W-9 (Rev. October 2018) and, if located outside the State of California, to also submit a completed CA Form 587 or 590. Blank copies of these forms are included in this invitation for bid. Final award determination is based upon the lowest responsive, responsible bid (s) which may also include a review of bidder's qualifications, experience, and resources, bidder's ability to meet the requirements and perform the services specified in this solicitation, past performance, and bidder's acceptance of County of Orange terms and conditions. The County at its sole discretion reserves the right to accept or reject any and all bids received as a result of this solicitation or to cancel in part or in its entirety. Accept or reject in whole or in part any or all bids at its sole discretion and to solicit for new bids, as the County may deem to be in its best interests; Withdraw in part or in its entirety this IFB at any time without prior notice; and/or Further negotiate pricing with the lowest Bidder as necessary to serve the best interests of the County; The County makes no representation that any Contract will be awarded to any Bidder responding to this IFB
