Water Delivery Pipeline Improvements Project at the Fairfax-Grayhorse RWD Intertie

Preference shall be given to Contractors having fifty-one percent (51%) Osage member ownership with valid proof, provided at the time of bid submittals The primary work elements (the Work) includes but is not limited to the following: Provide all materials, equipment, and labor necessary to install a new concrete block masonry building with electrical system, a new concrete vault, a new 6-inch intertie pipeline assembly within the new concrete vault, two (2) new sinks with eyewash stations, a new motorized electric chain hoist, 6-inch diameter Ductile Iron Pipe (DIP) with 6-inch gate valves by open cut trenching to points of tie-in with the Grayhorse Rural Water District's existing potable water pipeline. The Project also involves modifications to existing building, removal of existing intertie assembly, abandonment of existing pipe connections and backfill of existing intertie vault and installing a new concrete slab. The completed Work will also require a hydrostatic pressure test and disinfection of the new pipeline. The Work shall be completed no later than sixty (60) Days after the commencement date PREVAILING WAGE LAWS: The successful Bidder must comply with all applicable Osage Nation, federal, and State of Oklahoma labor codes provisions pertaining to the payment of prevailing wages applicable Bidder should mark its Bid envelope as BID FOR THE WATER DELIVERY PIPELINE IMPROVEMENTS PROJECT AT THE FAIRFAX-GRAYHORSE (RWD) INTERTIE.
