Residential Street Rebuild Program Year 2019 Re-Bid Part A

The project scope includes one bid set with a total of one contract which consists of pavement reconstruction for a total of thirteen residential streets in various locations throughout Corpus Christi. Sidewalk, curb and gutter, curb ramp, and driveway improvements will be included in addition to pavement improvements. The Project will be coordinated and approved by the City of Corpus Christi. If necessary, changes may be made to the street locations (e.g. adding or removing streets) in order to satisfy the overall budget. Base Bid A includes residential street pavement reconstruction for various locations throughout Corpus Christi. This Contract consists of approximately 11,665 linear feet of pavement reconstruction. Sidewalk, curb and gutter, curb ramp, and driveway improvements will be included in addition to pavement reconstruction. The intention of this contracts is to include reconstruction streets; however, streets designated for pavement reconstruction are subject to change to pavement rehabilitation based on the Geotechnical Report which has not been received at the time of this submittals.

Division 01 -	General Requirements, Vehicular Access and Parking, Traffic Control, Temporary Barriers and Enclosures.
Division 32 -	Exterior Improvements, Flexible Paving, Asphalt Paving, Rigid Paving, Concrete Paving, Paving Specialties, Pavement Markings.
Division 33 -	Utilities, Storm Drainage Utilities, Storm Drainage Structures.
