Arkansas State Capitol Window Restoration Phase 2

For Arkansas State Capitol Window Restoration Phase 2 Bidders shall conform to the requirements of the Arkansas licensing laws and regulations for contractors, and shall be licensed before a bid is submitted. Project will be awarded pursuant to the Arkansas Historic Site Laws (Ark Code Ann. 22-9-208 through 22-9-211. A bid security in the amount of 5% shall accompany each bid, if the bid is in excess of $20,000.00. The Owner encourages all small, minority, and women business enterprises to submit bid. Encouragement is also made to all general contractors that in the event they subcontract portions of their work, consideration is given to the identified groups. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any formalities. The work shall be substantially complete within 120 calendar days after issuance of Notice to Proceed
