| Description | The Contractor shall provide the necessary machinery, tools, apparatus, other means of construction, and all materials and labor specified in the Contract Documents or as necessary to complete the City of Sandy Springs Project TS171, Roberts Drive Sidewalk Project, to install approximately 1,020 LF of sidewalk, drainage system which includes but not limited to 210 LF 18” RCP along the west side of Roberts Drive, 100 LF of enhanced swale and associated improvements. The scope of work also includes pavement restoration over any damaged and/or removed pavement. The contractor must perform at least 51% of work, and must be Pre-qualified Prime Contractor listed by the Georgia Department of Transportation. |
