Main Street and 3rd Street Sidewalk Improvements

The Project includes the following Work: Sidewalk improvements along Main Street and 3rd Street. Direct all questions to Leroy Dupere at leroy.dupere@bgcons.com The successful bidder shall secure the right of entry to the project site for representatives of the Kansas Department of Health and Environment, so they may have access to the work whenever it is in preparation or progress and also to any books, documents, papers and records of the contractor which are directly pertinent to that specific contract for the purpose of making audit, examination, excerpts and transcriptions. Proper facilities and safe conditions must be provided for access and inspections, including advice regarding site safety procedures and programs to allow compliance
