Berger water quality improvements

Engineer s Estimate $475,000 to $525,000 The City of Covington expressly reserves the right to reject any or all Proposals and to waive minor irregularities or informalities in any Proposal. The project consists of storm water improvements to three cul-de-sacs within the Lillian's Addition and Berger Addition developments and one location on SE 262nd Place immediately east of Jenkins Creek. Improvements include providing eight water quality treatment catch basins for roadway runoff, associated piping, and surface restoration The Work shall be substantially complete within 35 working days after the commencement date stated in the Notice to Proceed. an amount of not less than five percent (5%) of the total Proposal amount. The lowest bidder is Scotty's General Construction, Inc. The City Council is scheduled to award the contract on July 11, 2023 *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
