Description | 36”w x 24”h x .125”d Gel Coat Laminate (GCL) Panels Quantity 10 panels, each with different images, digital artwork to be provided by Columbus Single-faced. Matte finish. Square cut. No holes. Panels must fit and conform to existing Pannier-brand metal frames Installation hardware to include thirty-five small, medium gray drive rivets. Sign to be constructed using Gel Coat Laminate as produced by Pannier Corporation, 345 Oak Road, Gibsonia, PA 15044 or equivalent All text and full color graphics shall be permanently embedded in the Gel Coat panel. Artwork to become a permanent part of the sign, so it will not delaminate. Sign is to be manufactured of clear, UV-stabilized, acrylic-modified polyester resin reinforced with highly soluble mat so that the index of refraction ensures clarity of all color, copy, and graphics. Gel Coat will be chemically bonded to sign’s raw materials, allowing a crosslinked polymer framework to give structure and strength to the sign. Sign face shall be manufactured so that it cannot be permanently defaced by steam, mild acids, aromatics, scratching, inks, or paints and can be readily wiped clean with paint remover or solvents without affecting the appearance or legibility of the sign finish or graphics. The surface will be high-quality, outdoor grade gel coat and will be chemically bonded to form a solid, one-piece sign during manufacture. Sign panel must be able to withstand extreme weather conditions, and prevent deterioration over its lifespan. Signs are to be opaque with a matte finish, as indicated, with graphics embedded beneath the surface. Signs are to be router cut, and the sign edge finish shall be smooth, clean and neat, and shall not be crazed or cracked. The finished sign is flat. Must be able to withstand temperatures from -25° F to 150° F One proof of each original sign will be submitted for customer’s approval.
