The New Smyrna Beach Utilities (NSBU) is seeking bids from General Contractor or Certified Underground Utility & Excavation Contractor Licensed in the State of Florida to Make Modifications & Improvements to Lift Station #2 (390 2nd Avenue) & Lift Station #3 (1990 Saxon Drive) and Install New Force Main along Saxon Drive between 24th Avenue and Oakview Drive. The Utilities Commission reserves the right to waive informalities in any bid, to reject any and all bids in whole or in part, with or without cause, and/or accept bids or portions thereof that in its judgement will be in the best interest of the Utilities Commission.
