Locker Room Renovation at Madison Police Department

Project area is limited to the existing Men’s and Women’s locker areas only and does not extend into toileting, shower, washing areas or common hallway areas. Work shall include field measurements of both Men’s and Women’s locker room. Full engineered design with layouts and interior configuration of new locker units required for review and approval with Police Department personnel and Owners Project Manager prior to order placement. Existing fifty (50) metal storage lockers shall be removed and disposed of. New design should adhere as closely to existing floorplan layout as possible and include a minimum of forty-one (41) Men’s room storage lockers and seven (7) Women’s room storage lockers. The Town, Police Department and Owners Project Manager are open to workshopping the proposed locker units, make and model, number of individual units and layouts to maximize the usability for the Police Department.
