| Description | The Hospital Authority of Liberty County D/B/A Liberty Regional Medical Center is requesting bids for Replacing Roof Project Objective: The objective and ultimate goal for this project is the replacement of the first floor roof bring it up to meet energy code requirements. Project Scope and Specifications: Remove, ballast and repair insulation where needed, bring insulation up to meet the current energy Requirement. Install 60 mil TPO to match existing color add maintenance walkways. Install new edging, Flashing and wall flashing, install new roof drains.
