Janitorial Services FL-Crystal River

This proposal is to provide janitorial services at the Crystal River National Wildlife Refuge Complex (CRNWRC) for one (1) base year and three (3) option years. Facilities will be located at four separate locations. REFUGE HEADQUARTERS, 1502 SE KINGS BAY DRIVE, CRYSTAL RIVER, FLORIDA The new refuge headquarters includes 3 separate buildings: an Administrative Office (2400sf), a Visitor Center (2300sf), and a multi-purpose Classroom (700sf) for a total building space of 5500 square feet. The facilities are comprised of four (4) offices, five (5) open offices or cubicles, five (5) restrooms, two (2) meeting rooms, one (1) kitchen/break room, and three (3) outdoor covered entrance areas. The Administrative Office and Classroom will be cleaned weekly. The Visitor Center is currently empty. Installation of new exhibits is currently planned for December 2020. This building will be cleaned once every two weeks until the exhibits are installed and the building is open to the public in January 2021. The building will be cleaned twice per week thereafter.
