Original Set Aside: Historically Underutilized Business (HUBZone) Set-Aside (FAR 19.13). The Work includes: Upgrades to the existing gravel parking and warehouse yard area. Upgrades include minor demolition, site grading, relocation of power pole, paving with asphalt and concrete, and installation of a shallow storm water basin with outlet structure.
