Wolfe Park Basketball Court Renovation

A timeline for award has not yet been established.** This project includes all labor, equipment, materials, tools and services necessary to complete all work for the upgrade of water wells PW-1, PW-4R, PW-6, and the replacement of PW-7R, including its well pump, electrical and raw water line modifications. The project is located at the North Wellfield located at 1122 Beaver Valley Road, Beavercreek Township, Greene County, Ohio. The Board of County Commissioners reserve the rights defined in the Instructions to Bidders, including, but not limited to the right to reject any or all Bids and to waive any irregularities of Bids, should same be to the advantage of the County. Bids shall be submitted electronically per Instructions to Bidders, Specification Section 00100 or if submitted via hard copy the Bids shall be enclosed in a sealed envelope identified as "North Wellfield Refurbishment, Project No. 2104WA" and must have full name and address of the Bidder on the envelope.
