Quad Residence Halls and Quad Drive - Infrastructure and Accessibility Improvements

Work includes but is not limited to: Provide new hot and chilled water supply and return piping in Quad Drive to stub out for new service connections to Teague Hall, Little Hall, and a new student housing project to be constructed at a later date. Hydronic piping work includes connection to mains in Mell Street, valve installation, concrete anchors, expansion loops, new piping west along Quad Drive, and stub outs for future connection in the existing parking lot west of the Quad Center. Surface improvements will include all pavement trenching and patching necessary to facilitate the installation of new hydronic piping. Construction fencing for site security and general traffic control measures will be required for work on an active campus and coordination with the owner`s adjacent active projects.

Division 33 -	Utilities, Instrumentation and Control for Utilities, Water Utilities, Water Utility Distribution Piping, Water Utility Distribution Equipment, Disinfecting of Water Utility Distribution, Water Utility Storage Tanks.
