| Description | Up to 513.16 ln mi of crack treatment on various routes in Alpena, Antrim, Benzie, Charlevoix, Cheboygan, Grand Traverse, Iosco, Kalkaska, Leelanau, Manistee, Montmorency, Otsego and Presque Isle Counties. This contract will be constructed with an innovative contracting method, fixed price variable scope. This project includes a two year pavement performance warranty. Net classification required for this project is 1425 N9-3E or 1425 N9-3F In addition to the above minimum prequalification requirement for prime contractors this project includes subclassifications of N9-3E and N9-3F. If the prime contractor is not prequalified in those subclassifications it must use prequalified subcontractors. Those subcontractors must be designated prior to award of the contract to the confirmed low bidder.
