LN2 Vacuum Jacketed Piping Installation

The scope of work to be performed under this effort is for engineering design, fabrication, installation and testing of a VJ LN2 transfer line. This piping spool will connect a LN2 supply from an existing 6000-gallon LN2 dewar to an existing LN2 VJ piping system. On one end, the transfer line shall mate with an existing 1” x 3” male bayonet (Chart Industries part number 20627710). The other end of the transfer line shall connect to an existing 1-1/2” x 3” VJ pipe immediately downstream of an isolation valve on the LN2 dewar. The LN2 transfer line shall include a 1” VJ remotely actuated isolation valve, suitable safety relief valve, combination evacuation and relief port (including vacuum gauge tube manifold, isolation valve and dust cover assembly), a capped thermocouple vacuum gauge tube (Teledyne type DV-6R), a flexible pipe section, and structural support for the pipe spool.
