Complete existing coating removal and application of new coating system on wet interior, spot removal/repair of the existing dry interior coating system (~25% of surface area), complete exterior power wash, exterior spot repair, complete application of new over-coating system on the exterior. Miscellaneous improvements to the water tower. Alternate Work: Replace existing expansion joint, construct interior dry paneled enclosure building, install 10" gate valve w/box.
