Fence Project - South Bay Union Elementary School District

Estimated cost range is $150,000 - $175,000. The South Bay Union Elementary School District is soliciting bids for the removal of approximately 200' of existing fencing and the installation of approximately 900' of new ornamental fencing, gates and hardware. It is estimated that the lowest responsible, responsive bidder will be awarded the bid on February 9, 2023. The successful bidder will then have until 5:00 p.m. on August 11, 2023, to complete the fence project. The South Bay Union Elementary School District reserves the right to reject any and all bids. The South Bay Union Elementary School District will not be liable for any cost incurred by the bidder incidental to the preparation, submittal, or evaluation of their bids, or in the negotiation, execution, and delivery of an agreement that may be awarded as a result of this Advertisement for Bids.
