Renovation of an educational facility in Hazel Park, Michigan. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility. BID PROPOSALS Bid Proposals shall be on forms furnished within the Project Manual. Each Bidder shall agree not to withdraw a Bid Proposal for a period of sixty (60) calendar days after date for receipt of bids. The Board reserves the right to reject any or all bids received and to waive any formalities in regard thereto. In addition, the Board reserves the right to evaluate bids on any basis determined by the Board to be in the best interest of the Board and to consider alternate bids if the low bidder(s) do not meet the specifications or are otherwise to be unqualified. Familial Disclosure Statement: A sworn and notarized statement in compliance with Michigan Compiled Laws, MCL.380.1267, disclosing any familial relationship existing between the Bidder, or any employee of the Bidder, and any member of the Board of Education of the School District or the Superintendent of the School District, must accompany each Bid Proposal. The Iran Economic Sanctions Act: A sworn and notarized statement in compliance with Michigan Public Act No. 517 of 2012 must accompany each Bid Proposal. The Owner will not accept a bid that does not include all of these forms and statements The intent of this Bid request is to obtain an offer to perform work to complete a project located at Hazel Park High School for a Stipulated Sum contract, in accordance with the Contract Documents
