The Work to be included in the Construction Contract is generally described as: demo existing hangar located at the Ada County Landfill at 10300 N. Seaman's Gulch Rd., Boise, ID 83714. Any and all questions, requests for clarification, or explanations desired by potential Bidders must be submitted in the Vendor Discussions section of the Bonfire project listing, and received The Construction Contract shall be deemed as having been awarded when the Bid has been accepted by formal motion made by the Board of Ada County Commissioners during the open business meeting commencing at or about 9:00 a.m. local time, April 18, 2023, in the Commissioners Conference Room, 200 West Front Street, Room 3255, Boise, Idaho 83702. Demolition of the existing hanger located at the Ada County Landfill at 10300 N. Seamans Gulch Rd., Boise, ID 83714. o Coordinate with Idaho power and Veolia water to terminate services back to the meter. o Follow guidance outlined in attached asbestos report. o Contractor to follow asbestos disposal protocols outlined by the Landfill. o Materials can be disposed on-site at Ada County Landfill. o Contractor may coordinate metal-steel recyclables with appropriate vendors or diverge materials at the Landfill. o Demolition is for hanger structure only. Leave existing slab and foundation intact (limited damage to be expected). o Final grade and clean site to provide positive drainage and consistent grade
