Description

The City is requesting Proposals from qualified Respondents to prepare an Open Space, Recreation, and Community Facilities Master Plan. The City is seeking consultant support to prepare an Open Space, Recreation, and Community Facilities Master Plan Element that advances the goal of creating a safe and equitable open space and parks system while addressing improvements to said facilities. Proposals sent by mail or courier service must be received by the Purchasing Agent no later than 4:00 P.M. on the last City business day before the day of the proposal reception or no later than 11:00 A.M. on the day of the proposal reception. Mail/Courier services need to be instructed to hand deliver proposals to the address mentioned. Proposals must be received by Purchasing staff only. Office hours Monday thru Friday 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM. Questions by prospective bidders concerning this RFP must be done online. Q & A deadline: Oct 04, 2019 4:00:00 PM EDT. The City shall not be responsible for the loss, non delivery, or physical condition of Proposals sent by mail or courier service. Proposals must be submitted individually in a sealed envelope addressed to the Purchasing Agent. Bid proposal must comply with specifications. Vendors are required to comply with the requirements of P.L. 2004, c.57 which includes the requirements that contractors provide copies of their Business Registration Certificates issued by the New Jersey Department of the Treasury. The method of contractor selection has not been determined at this time.
