Description

**As of  March 13, 2023 this project has not yet been awarded. A timeline or award has not yet been established.**  The successful bidder will be allowed two hundred forty (240) calendar days from the date of issuance of Notice to Proceed to complete the project. The City of Magnolia reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive informalities, also to withhold the acceptance of any bid if approved, for forty-five calendar days from the date bids are opened. Liquidated damages will be assessed at $500.00 per day for each calendar day the work is not substantially complete. All bids must be accompanied by bid security equal to five percent of the sum of the base bid and all alternates, and must be in the form of a certified check, cashiers check or a Bid Bond written by a company licensed to do business in Mississippi.
