Emergency Services Training Academy HVAC System Upgrade

The project consists of installing new rooftop units, new automatic bypass dampers, new VAV diffusers, new terminal box units, and a new ductless split system. Installing new building management system (BMS) and tying in all of the new hvac equipment as well as all of the existing/remaining units. Provide new CO2 sensors for ventilation control and tie into new BMS system as well. Integrate new BMS system into the building supervisory system (BSS) located at 80 East High Street, Somerville, NJ and mapping all new control points and graphics onto the BSS.
