Description | Georgetown Health Department 102 West 3rd Street Georgetown TX, 78626. Existing Roof Type: Insulated PVC, Lightweight Fill, Metal Decking: 1. Remove and dispose existing PVC membrane and insulation down to the lightweight fill. 2. Identify and replace any wet insulation material on a per-unit cost basis as specified. 3. Rigid Insulation to achieve a minimum LTTR of 25: 4. Furnish and mechanically attach 1/8” tapered polyisocyanurate (ISO) insulation. 5. Furnish and mechanically attach (1) layer ½” High Density ISO insulation. 6. Furnish and fully adhere 60-mil TPO roof membrane and associated flashings. 7. Roof system shall be U.L. Class A fire-rated, and shall qualify for the roof membrane manufacturer’s 20-year No Dollar Limit (NDL) Guarantee. 8. Install new 24-guage pre-finished metal gutters and downspouts. 9. Install wood nailers over the existing coping at the parapet walls and install new 10. pre-finished 24 gauge sheet metal coping cap system as specified. Prepare and paint all gas lines, and any other steel antennae bases yellow. 11. Bring all PVC condensate piping to functional condition and route condensate piping to discharge over downspouts ( not in gutters).
