Highlandtown Elementary School Renovation and Addition

The Work consists of educational wing additions totaling approximately 45,000sqft of new construction with renovation of the existing cafeteria and IT/Data upgrades throughout the existing facility. The addition is a three-story addition steel framed superstructure, metal deck, CFMF exterior walls with brick veneer. The school remains unoccupied during construction. Site work includes new storm water and structures, paving and sidewalk replacement. New playfield and site features are also identified. Other building features are new Aluminum Storefront, TPO Roofing System and interior finishes along with the specified mechanical, electrical, plumbing and fire protection systems. T
