| Description | On Building 1000, remove existing shingles and underlayment, flashings and valley flashing to expose decking to allow for examination. Replace any damaged decking as needed prior to installation of underlayment. Furnish and install new eve drip to match color of new roof system. Furnish and install new 24 gauge standing seam metal roof system with 16 1/2” roof panels with striation, Sierra Tan color and Kynar 500 finish over new underlayment. Underlayment to be Grace Ice & Water Shield or equivalent. Area of roof is approximately 3,800 sq. ft. Furnish and install additional roof and additional structural components per drawings from the A&E as needed over existing back deck area, approximately 300 sq. feet, and tie into existing roof. |
