| Description | Repair/Replace Senior Center Roof. The Senior Center Roof is approximately 17,600 square feet including starters and hip and ridge shingles. Shingles are to be 30-year asphalt black GAF manufacturer or equivalent. The old shingles shall be stripped and removed from the site. Any necessary repairs to the roof structure shall be repaired, new flashings applied as needed and the roof penetrations shall have new boots and/or flashings. There should be ice and water shield 3 at drip edge and 6 at valleys or interruptions. The Contractor shall furnish all labor, services, materials, equipment, machinery, apparatus, tools, supplies, and all other items necessary to do all work |
