Description | All wages paid for work under this Contract shall comply with requirements of the prevailing wage law of the State of Missouri, Sec 290.210 et seq., R.S. Mo., as amended by the Division of Labor Standards, State of Missouri and regulations promulgated by the Division of Labor. For any contract for services greater than $5,000, the successful bidder shall comply with 285.530, RSMo., as amended, and (1) provide by sworn affidavit affirmation that it does not knowingly employ any person who is an unauthorized alien and (2) provide documentation affirming its enrollment and participation in a federal work authorization program with respect to the employees working in connection with this contract. The required documentation affirming enrollment must be from the federal work authorization program provider. A letter from the respondent reciting compliance is not sufficient. All bids should include the signed and notarized Work Authorization Affidavit and the electronic signature page from the E-Verify program. A Letter from the Contractor reciting compliance is not sufficient. This project involves the construction of a sanitary sewer main to eliminate a lift station on W Farm Rd 136. The sanitary sewer main will tie in the existing collection system at the lift station to an existing main just south of W Farm Rd 140. A main will also be extended to East to West Madison Street for future sanitary sewer main construction. The project consists of the construction of approximately 3,700 feet of 12-inch sanitary sewer, 1,000 feet of 8-inch sanitary sewer, 27 manholes, and the decommissioning of a sanitary sewer lift (pump) station. |
