| Description | Consist of an allinclusive service including, but not limited to, elevator inspections, routine cleaning, examinations, lubrication, testing, adjusting, and all major and minor repairs of equipment at the Caswell Developmental Center. Vendor shall provide tuning and adjusting of control systems and other maintenance such as hatch cleaning, safety tests, governor tests, etc. to ensure that the equipment is in good operating condition at all times. In addition, vendors must check in at the Engineering office and be escorted to the job area. |
