Old Falls and Ann Lane Water Storage Tank Replacement

Sealed bids are requested by the Town of Fallsburg for two (2) Glass-Fused-to-Steel Bolted Storage Tanks. Tanks are located at 65 Brickman Road, Fallsburg, New York and Ann Lane, Mountain Dale, New York (Hamlet in the Town of Fallsburg). New tanks to be supplied and constructed by specified company. Site work will be bid separately at a later date. The work shall be bid on a lump sum basis, with the Contract awarded to the lowest responsible Contractor. BID SECURITY: Each proposal shall be accompanied by Bid Security made payable to Town of Fallsburg in the amount of five percent (5%) of Bidders maximum Bid price and in the form of a certified check, bank money order, or a Bid Bond issued by a surety meeting the requirements of Paragraphs 5.01 and 5.02 of the General Conditions. All work on this project is to be substantially completed within 120 calendar days following Contract Award. The Town of Fallsburg strongly encourages MBE, WBE and Section 3 firms to bid. The Owner reserves the right to waive irregularities and to reject any or all bids. The Contractor shall include with his proposal, a signed Statement of Non-Collusion in the format contained herein
